We had a wonderful stay at the hotel for our anniversary. Beautiful room, friendly staff, amazing bathroom, lovely breakfast with great coffee. Great location, close to attractions, and fantastic amenities like spa, gym, and pool.

Great breakfast. Efficient valet service with a nice touch of bottled water in the car. Recommended for the Run Melbourne Fun Run.

Enjoyable Stay with Excellent Facilities For my luxurious getaway, I chose this hotel for its exclusive amenities and prime location. the indoor heated swimming pool and spa centre provided unparalleled relaxation with a sauna, full-body massage and beauty treatment. the sun terrace with heated swimming pool and sun loungers was an ideal spot to enjoy the lush garden area. the friendly service was exceptional with prompt assistance at the treatment room for my facial. the private facilities offered here added to the high-end experience.

Minor Communication Issue this hotel provided an unforgettable stay, with a minor issue being the lack of communication regarding the restaurant's Special Diet Menus. Despite the minor communication issue, this hotel's location was unbeatable, with easy access to entertainment and the CBD.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was warmly greeted by a friendly and skilled team member. They were very good too ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Their really good customer service stood out and exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Central Station, which makes it easy to access public transportation. Guests can also find a variety of coffee shops and restaurants in the surrounding area, allowing them to explore the local food scene. the hotel is situated in a calm area, offering a peaceful atmosphere for guests to relax. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to unwind after a long day of work. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The hotel facilities were great, with a huge TV in the room that provided great entertainment. the location of the hotel was superb, as it was located in the free tram zone and close to all the cool restaurants in this city. The staff at the hotel were really good, with the front staff being helpful and engaging, ensuring that all my needs were met.

It was all superb. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I couldn't find any negative aspects to mention.

The exclusive amenities fulfilled our expectations, especially the Spa & wellness centre that offered excellent massages and treatments. the heated swimming pool and sauna were relaxing and peaceful, with lovely sun loungers on the sun terrace.

The private facilities were not as private as we expected, there was limited space and no separate treatment rooms. the location was convenient, but the noise from nearby construction was disturbing.

Amazing location. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Late checkout and anniversary upgrade were delightful surprises. Luxurious amenities and welcoming atmosphere added to the overall experience.
